  1. What is a realistic discount or percentage the distributor can expect to make on the chemicals from us?

Answer:               40%-50% off of MSRP found in the pricelist within the attachment

What commission would you recommend we offer to our rep for handling the chemical side of this business?   We are considering offering a commission on the chemicals purchased through his distributors in the region but aren’t sure if it should be equal to or less than the amount he will receive on equipment?

Answer:               30% to reps/distributors.  To be discussed/facilitated

  1. I am sure they are going to ask about bulk pricing and I will tell them that through our relationship with you and over time, we will have the ability to produce the chemicals in the region and would like to offer them a private label line to start
